A Design Architect is a Senior role at the firm with 5-10 years of architectural design experience who acts as the implementer of key Architectural projects. This is a creatively oriented Architect who develops the design concept and assists with proposals for key projects.

Who we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of architectural design experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture required
Registered Architect strongly preferred
Design Architect with a track record of creative concepts and design options with the ability to review pros and cons of ideas and align their vision with client needs
Strong communicator with a focus on listening, collaboration and advocating for best solutions in writing, verbally and graphically
Senior Architect who can work autonomously and take the lead as needed with clients and team members
This is a close-knit and collaborative environment, so willingness to wear multiple hats as needed and enthusiasm about participating in the business is important
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, rendering programs and MS Office
Experience with Revit is a plus
