Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson is the founder of Leadmark Group which focuses on recruiting in the architecture, design and commercial real estate industry.  Prior to forming Leadmark Group in 2004, Matt worked as the lead internal recruiter for one of the nation’s largest real estate due diligence firms where he recruited and placed over 350 architects, engineers and environmental professionals. 

Having an entrepreneurial spirit, an interest in the design-build community and in recruiting, he decided to establish his own specialty  recruiting agency, Leadmark Group.  Matt strives to be a strategic growth partner with firms and candidates alike.  In that regard, confidentiality and professionalism are at the cornerstone of Leadmark Group’s services.   

Outside of the office Matt enjoys time with his wife and daughter, golf and watching the Orioles and Ravens.  Matt can be reached directly at the number above.
